Do you supply shisha and BBQ briquettes? What are the specifications?
Yes, we supply both, made from coconut shell charcoal. Both grades have light grey to white ash, maximum 6% moisture and 17–18% volatile matter.
- Shisha: 1.8–2.5% ash, minimum 80% fixed carbon and 60–120 minutes burning time.
- BBQ: 10–18% ash, minimum 60% fixed carbon and 180–240 minutes burning time.
Which shapes and sizes are available?
Choose cube, rectangle, hexagonal, hexagonal flower, cylinder or half-finger shapes, with selected line and hole options. Cubes come in 22, 25, 26, 27 and 28 mm; cylinder diameter is 50 mm. Length can be adjusted for rectangle, hexagonal and cylinder formats. Explore all product options or contact us for your preferred dimensions.
What packaging can I choose?
Full-color or brown packaging is available, with 250 g, 500 g or 1 kg inner boxes inside a 10 kg master box, including inner plastic. You can also choose 10 kg master-box-only packaging with a plastic liner.
How do pricing and payment work?
Prices are updated monthly. Payment is 50% down payment after the invoice is issued and 50% on the container stuffing date. Contact us for the current price list.
Where is the factory, and where do you ship?
Our factory is at Jl. Raya Kronjo No. 18, Sukamulya, Balaraja, Tangerang, Banten 15610, Indonesia. We have served markets across the Middle East, Egypt, Australia, Germany and Latin America. Shipping partners include MSC, Maersk, ONE, Hapag-Lloyd, CMA and regional shipping lines.
Are factory audits and export safety documents available?
