Container planning works best when product and logistics are discussed together. Shape, packaging and destination can change the practical load and commercial terms.
Confirm the commercial basics
Share the destination port, preferred Incoterm, product specification, packaging style and target quantity. This creates a clearer basis for a quote.
Do not treat container size as the only number that matters. Packing configuration and agreed shipment weight are equally important.
Prepare documentation early
Invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, COO, product specification and testing documents should be discussed according to the destination and buyer requirement.
